Hello team, i had purchased a lenov laptop and lenov tab worth 71k from croma, koramangala, bangalore branch on 10 june 2018. I was promised a 2000 rs voucher which i will get over email.
I have not yet got an email with the voucher. I have made visit to the branch and each time the executive and the branch manager tell that i will get a call and issue will be resolved.

Croma says my points expired.
But I want clarification.
How was it notified of points we're added.. I don't have email or sms notification.
Why points were added after 10 days of purchase.
