Croma — Croma Store - Third Party for Extended Warranty

Dell Laptop Inspiron 3511 Purchase on 31-10-21 and they given two years extended warranty from 3rd party. Why they are not providing Laptop Companies extended Warranty which are available on low cost.
While finalizing all the deal, I have to pay Rs.62, 110/- but they swiped from my Credit Card sum of Rs.63, 397/-. Excess they have taken from me Rs.1287/-. After leaving the Croma Store, I had check at my home the final bill and payments. So many arguments & discussion finally they given cash of Rs.100/- & Rs.537/- via UPI. Still Rs.650/- is pending.

After purchase of Dell Laptop Inspiron 3511, during 8 months two times Hinges & Screen damages totally because of very bad quality of Plastic Dell Hinges. I complaint to Dell Technologies & finally they agreed to get the refund or replace with another brand of Laptop with 100% refund.

Instead of Dell Laptop I had purchased ACER Nitro 5 from Croma Store, but they are not ready to give without third party two years extended warranty. Even they have taken additionally Rs.8, 348/- for Extended Warranty from third party.

ACER is providing extended warranty for two years under Rs.2600/- but still Croma Store has take additional of Rs.8, 348/- for third party extended warranty.

I requested Croma Store to give the refund of Rs.8348/- for Extended Warranty of third party but their staff & managers are not able to reply. I had made the complaint and discuss for the refund but they are not giving my Refund of Extended Warranty from third party.

My request to all the customer that please don't get the extended warranty from third party which provided by Croma Store to their all location. because after making the advance payments of extended warranty you can't get the services from Third Party. Even the Branded companies are providing Extended Warranty with best cost. So don't waste your money in this offered by Croma of third party extended warranty.
