My new croma 55-inch TV delivered on[protected]Invoice Number: SLA[protected] with free of cost TV installation commitment.

Same day 5:10PM Croma electrician (Rohan Singh mobile: [protected]) visited my home to install a TV and denied using a company delivered TV bracket and insisted that I buy a new TV bracket from him for Rs.1800. Finally, I refused to purchase an expensive bracket from him and decided to buy the same from the market for Rs.400.

Since this morning I have been following up with a croma store representative and the same technician but not getting any response.
Felling frustrated and hopeless by this Croma employee's behavior
