[Resolved] Croma — damaged fridge door | |||
I had purchased a whirlpool double door fridge (Model inv278) on 8th november 2018 from croma showroom in velachery, chennai. It was delivered on 9th and installed by croma people on 10th november. After installation i noticed that there were scratches on the bottom lining of the door. I immediately took pictures and sent it to the croma technician who installed it. After many follow-ups they assured they will ask whirlpool company to change the door. After four weeks, finally i lost patience and asked them to give me a solution. The whirlpool service center (Ramanagar, chennai) called dheena and the croma agent called jaykumar got into a conference call with me. They accused each other of negligence. After a lot of shouting they hung up the phone. The croma agent jaykumar finally agreed to give me some compensation. He has not mentioned the amount so far and he is dragging on this without resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
