[Resolved]  Croma — defective product delivered

I have purchased this laptop from Croma store on 26/01/2018 (invoice number - SLA[protected] and from the time of installations the software it start getting hang but the store person told me that it will not gets hung in future...i take this laptop at home and it gives me the same problem and then i reached to the croma store and the person has rebooted the laptop but the problem is still there and the croma person agreed that the laptop is getting hang but as DELL denied that there is no issue so they are denying for the services... THEY HAVE THE SEEN THE ISSUE BUT STILL DENING FOR THE EXCHANGE... BECAUSE DELL SAID THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM...Mr Ratan tata please check how your chain retailer is dealing with the customers...
