[Resolved]  Croma — Defective product supplied

I had purchased a Aquaguard V-Pur Enchace RO+UV+TDS from Croma retail in Crown plaza Faridabad on 18.10.2015. Invoice No – SLF02A[protected] The service engineer reached at my home for installation on 19.10.2015. He completed the installation on the same date. However upon preliminary operation of the product, the intake pump was not working, and the engineer informed that there is problem with internal wiring. The product had been started for the first time in its lifetime and internal wiring was not adequate. M/s Croma has supplied me a defective piece. He informed his service engineers in Eureka Forbes to visit. This is was informed by me through customer care number(#[protected]) on 19.10.2015 itself. The executive informed me that they had lodged a complaint for the defective piece delivered and replacement of the same will be processed. However I have not received any follow up call nor any executive has contacted me. Complaint no:BON211015FS00013
