[Resolved] Croma — Delayed Delivery of Microwave oven | |||||
I had purchased Samsung Microwave oven ( 28 L ) from Croma Oberio Mall on 22nd October 16. With a delivery commitment of 23rd October. But the same has not yet been delivered. Have been following with the customer care since 23rd, On 23rd they said it has been scheduled for dispatch and would be delivered by 23rd EOD, but as usual even after number of followup, the product was not delivered on 23rd . On 24th again followed up with the call centre, but they have a standard reply the team will get back to you on the same. And till this moment there is no response . I am regretting having purchased the product from Croma, it is a very very bad experience and agony is that I still don't have the update on the delivery status .
