Croma — Duplicate invoice

Hello i naresh dixit purchased a dell inspiron 13 5000 laptop from your store in Bangalore on[protected] and I was told invoice would be mailed which i have not received even after continuous follow up. But now my laptop is having issues and for reinstalling licensed software's and product key i need to have my registration ID which I was told would be in my invoice. I urgently need assistance on this as its affecting my work as its dependent on my laptop and software. I need both my invoice and registration id of my dell laptop. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected]. Looking forward to hear from you asap
