[Resolved]  Croma — Exchange of a mobile phone

I purchased a handset of intex aqua somewhere in august with a mannual warranty of one year. The sales man asked me to get my warranty exceed upto 2 years by paying rupees 250 extra. I got my warranty exceeded. At that point of time they said maam we do not provide warranty for physical damage but said that if mannual defunctionig occurs we are here for you. Now my phone got damaged mannualy i went to the store and presented my complaint and submitted my phone there. Now they created a new issue that maM your phone has a minor screen crack company is saying first we'll going to change the screen and then we will going to make a correction in your default. My issue is that they do not uttered a word like maam if such a situation happens frst your physical damage will b charged and then the process of mannual damage will occur. I asked them that i dont want my physicl damage to b corrected because i am almost ok with my screen, why would i pay a single penny, just get my phone on.. I did'nt purchased the phone from intex i purchased it from croma. Its my humble request not to shatter my expectations from croma the staff has disappointed me a lot. If such could have been the case i would not have taken the warranty for two years.
