[Resolved]  Croma — extended warranty repairs are not progressing at all

I have purchased lg lcd tv from croma electronics with extended warranty for 1 + 2 total 3 years. Now i am in my last year of warranty and my tv has stopped working since 2-nov-2018; for which i made request for repair with croma call centre and they provided me request number bof011118ew00202. For this request i have been following almost every day more then 2-3 times, but there is no action being taken by croma electronics to resolve the issue. Every time i call their support centre they keep promising me that request will be serviced in 2-3 hours or half a day or in a day or two. But there are no actual effort put towards resolving the case. Now i am tired of making many calls every day and raising the matter to you as i am 65 year old person and cannot keep my self tensed for this matter. Kindly support.

Solution: please get this tv fixed or replace it as per warranty terms.

Hello CROMA support,

I can see that to repair my LG TV, you are sending SONY and SAMSUNG company technicians to my home. and those guys are getting angry on my family that we are calling wrong company service person to repair LG TV. Would you take a step back and analyse what are you guys doing afterall. It's really poor that we have to keep calling every day and every person we are taking to is giving us false promises for 3-4 hours or next day fix commitment. Step out of your comfort zone and do some proper work and resolve it. Looks like you guys are too lazy to check what brand or what model TV is there and blindly sending anyone to my home.

Hello team

Looks like to close the issue quickly you have contacted any available local TV shops and not LG authorized service center for which you were initial pushing us too much. LG service technician who visited before a week was telling that TV motherboard has issue and these local TV repair guys are saying TV LED panel has issue. These local guys are also saying that if after changing panel TV doesn't become OK then we'll change motherboard as well. This means they have no exact clue what is wrong with TV.

I want to ask you what is guaranty that:
1) local shop person is qualified? (While discussing with him i come to know that he is friend of someone in SONY or CROMA support team and this means that some one in entire chain is working without checking things properly)
2) if they used any non genuine parts And my TV again doesn't work in few days or months who will take responsibility? LG genuine panel and motherboard have 1 or 2 years of LG warranty and that will cover any issues in future. You need to provide such warranty in writing for this repair as well.
3) if these guys screw my TV further who will take responsibility?

Please answer this question and then progress repair work.

Now the person has committed to replace motherboard first. But still i have question about genuine product and warranty of that parts. Please address that.
