[Resolved] Croma — Fluctuation in prices

Dear Chroma Team,

I had purchased a Samsung Washing machine on 15.08.2021(Model no WA65T4262FS/TL SL 5S) with invoice no SLA[protected] from your Croma store, Wakad, Pune. On the day of purchase the price was 18990 with old machine exchange and ICICI cash back cumulative discount of Rs 2000. Two days after I visit the store for some query i found that the same machine was priced at 16990 with same discount ( exchange and cash back) eventually the purchase price would become 14990. How can price be dropped from 18990 to 16990 in matter of 2 days. So before one week I have visited ( 09.08.2021) the machine price was 16990. It means anticipating high purchase on Independence you have hiked the price and providing discount to lure customer. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

I request to look into the matter.

Hello Croma,

Recently I purchased a product iPad pro from croma online store and that product price dropped to 76000 rupees, so is there any possibility to claim the drop-off amount.

Product details : Apple iPad Pro 4th Generation Wi-Fi (11 Inch, 128GB, Space Grey, 2022 model).

Amount we purchased 78600/-

Current price in croma store 76000/-

Please let us know if the claim of 2500/- option is possible.

As per the croma support we already tried to reach the apple support via email and phone but no luck. Looking for a better assistance from croma
