[Resolved]  Croma — fraud sell to meet the target

Hi team,

I went croma to buy one plus 6t handset. The advisor in croma convinced me to buy lg g7 thinkq plus by giving all the wrong details of the product. When i went croma next day to replace the product nobody is ready to help me. Neither i am getting any response from customer service team. My handset is still in croma

Is there someone who can help me with this¿

I have already emailed croma customer care with the detailed explanation but no one responded me yet. I called customer care department and registered the complaint, they told me that I will get call with in 24 hours but still I haven't received any call.

It's been more than 2weeks now, I don't have my product. Really disappointed by the service. I could have purchased mobile from some other store.
Huge difference between the employee of croma malad and croma infinity. I never got any complaint from croma malad.
I will really appreciate if you can expedite this process.
