On Independence day i have bought a Laptop of HP 15s eq21144au it's warranty period already started from May 16, and they applied 3 year software warranty platinum plan worth 2499 without our permission also infact my preferred model to buy was Hp pavilion 14 ec1003au but they tackled me and my father and they pressured to by this one by saying my preferred product comes in the high price of 58000 infact it's price is 53000.
They said we will provide Bag and Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse as complimentary as an independence day offer Bag has been charged and they didn't gave keyboard & mouse.
They were trying steal money with us like poor people, is this called as a service i respect Ratan Tata Sir i didn't expected this type of worst customer service will happen.

I am ready to go for consumer court if i didnt get any justice.

Worst experience i ever had in an offline store.

Updated by Darsh Gowda Forget to mention, that i have asked regarding my warranty issues and they provided answer like they will update it by contacting HP, how could it even be the warranty time will starts from the day of my purchase, they have provided me a used showpiece laptop by packaging it.
On related to platinum plan their anwer was it is free and it had not been charged but infact it had been charged in the bill
