I purchased a mobile- Redmi 10 (128GB ROM, 6GB RAM, MZB0B6XIN, Caribbean Green) worth rs 12999 from Croma website on 06.05.2022 using my HDFC credit card. I was told I would receive 12% cashback within 90 days directly on my HDFC credit card . However till date, no cashback received, requesting for immediate action and payment of my cashback. Verified Support Aug 09, 2022 Croma Customer Care's response Hi Aditya, as per the update from our team you have applied for No Cost EMI while purchasing the product. Hence, the bank EMI offer is not applicable as two offers cannot be clubbed together.

The offer was to get 12% cashback on emi transaction.Please issue the cashback as per what was told during the order.Initially I was told that I will get my cashback within 90 days but still I didn't get it.
I look forward to cashback from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not get cashback from you within 24 hours I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
