[Resolved] Croma — home delivery in kerala changed to store pick up in karnataka

I have ordered a moto phone to vallikavu, Kerala.. But after one day the order is placed the deliver changed to store pick up in Karnataka..
Resolve this asap.Order no:[protected]
And the order was received by the website on 19th November 2019.
I tried to cancel the order... But couldn't find a way to do it. And the customer service is soo bad...Respond fast

That was just a miscommunication through the website. Delivery mode changed on my Croma account, but the courier service was given the correct address only for home delivery.

Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I bought one plus6t from croma last year in November 2018.they told me I will receive cashback if I use axis bank debit card for the payment...so I did use my axis bank debit card but till now I have not received any cashback...
