Dear sir, I have purchased new ifb m/w conv20l 20sc2 Microwave from croma store sector 22b chandigarh On date 11/june/2017 and delivered on 12/june/2017. But product was delivered without box packing There were no manual book as well as kit as i discussed with store manager and sales person he refused to provide and told me this product is without all these from ifb company side so we won't give you you all those things. While selling sales person did not tell me this will be missing both of them were giving excuses as we don't provide this. This is complete misleading Behaviour was so casual.
