[Resolved] Croma — Installation delay of aquasure w purifier crystal plus | |||||
Hi, I have registered request on 2nd july 2017 to croma centre viman nagar, pune for installation of aquaguard w purifier crystal plus which i took on 1st july 2017, and was delivered then next day, but past 1 week they haven't even responded to my request by calls/sms, i took purifier for my twins infant baby's but due to their late installation process, one of my baby is ill due to the hard water of pune city. Every time i call the customer care they are saying same things, ' your request is taken on priority, installation team will follow you up' and after that no action is taken.
