[Resolved] Croma — interest free emi and cashback fraud by croma | |||
I have purchased a samsung tv from croma whitefield innvoice number sla[protected]. I was ready to pay full amount for the tv but the salesman forced me to pay with axis bank credit card with interest free emi option. I was told that the interest part will be credited back. He also said that there is a cashback offer and i will get rs 6600 cashback in 45 days. It is more than 3 months and still i have not recieved any cashback. Even they have charged emi every month with interest. They forced me to take interest free emi which was fake and cheated with cashback promise of 10% this is absolute cheating innocent customers.
