Dear sir I was billed lg 55 inch tv at croma anna nagar store and he was issued bill copy and tv will be devliver from their goodown with in 24hrs said. And i was received lg 55 inch tv at 3.30 pm on 6-sep-2018 and 4.30pm Lg instalation call received and lg instalation staff was reacehed at my Home open the tv box and switch on and the screen right side bottom corner Big puched mark inside the screen available and you should inform to the purchsed shop. So based on the lg person instruction i was informed and replace new tv immediately but there is still pending new tv against defect prodcut. So now i was metally upset and in this tv also i was signed loan at bajaj finance and the 1st emi also strat without new tv. We request you to take serious action and replace new tv immediately before 10-sep-2018. Was this information helpful? | |||
