[Resolved] Croma — Irresponsible behaviour of mr rohit yadav (store manager) and mr pradeep kumar (asst department manager) | |||
On 19.06.2016 i visited the croma centre at aditya mall, indirapuram, noida, ghaziabad and placed an order for samsung refrigerator payment of whcih was made through cheque no 266785. I was told that after clearance of cheque my refrigerator will be delivered at my home. On 23.06 i enquired about the status of my delivery the concerned employee that they dont have fridge in stock and will inform on 24.06 we again asked about the fridge delivery we were informed that they dont have stock and cannot deliver the fridge and forced us to take the only piece left which was displayed on the counter but when we examined it we found a big scratch on it hence we refused to accept it. They told us that you come on 25.06 to collect the cheque we requested the employee mr shashak to give us a letter that you have no refrigerator in your stock so you are not able to deliver it as i have to show it in my office whcih they agreed. On 25.06 we visited the office of croma and collected the cheque but we were not given the letter for which we demanded but we were refused by mr rohit yadav (Store manager) then we went to mr pradeep kumar (Asst departmental manager) and complaint about mr rohit for not giving us the letter he also said that he can only verbally inform us that they cannot deliver us the fridge due to unavailability of the stock but cannot issue us the letter we tried to convience him about our problem but he disagreed and refused to issue us a letter. Our question are when you dont had stock why did you accepted my cheque and why did you encashed it. Now you have returned me the money what explanation will i give to my company when i dont have any letter from your department regarding non availability of stock. I am going throuhg mental agony and croma store is responsible for it. It is also spoiling the image of tata. I have a very bad experience with you and i will never recommend any one for purchasing any item from your department and infact i will share my bad experience with them.
