[Resolved] Croma — Laptop issue | |||
I have purchased my laptop from Croma (Mumbai Ghatkopar) on 15 th July 2014 Model :G405 S/N : CB 30018902 and one month it worked well, but then suddenly appeared white and black spots on the top left corner of the Laptop. In addition to that, also some vertical and horizontal interferences appeared to the screen . We have convey this issue to Croma but they told us to give it to Lenova service centre . Then one person from Lenovo visited our house. After checking he has mentioned in lenova service centre that issue has been closed. We have purchased the laptop inRs. 24000 (with 3 years warranty period). After doing lots of followup from lenovo and croma we really got frustrated now we are not getting proper response from both of them...Kindly suggest what to do...
