I have recently purchased mcoy tornado cooler, and this purchase of mine which was forced on me by chroma representative is a night mare. I have been facing problem from day one with the water pump for which i raised complaint and this been a defective product they told and assured me they will send representative who will fix it. Even after fixing the coller two times in a row and selling me defective product i have failed to understand why this is not been replaced and why can't i get my money back. This is my last email to check if this can be rectified i would be directly filling case of my money is not refunded to consumer court. For cheating my money and time. Worst product and worst service at all time, first of all nobody is attending service call till one week time.

I have purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator vide Croma Invoice# SLF02A[protected] DT 29th Jun 2017. Delivery was promised on 30th Jun 2017. Delivery yet to happen inspite of paying the full amount. Is the type of pathetic customer service one has to expect from Croma?
