[Resolved]  Croma — Mobile phone purchased

Hi,

My name is Jeetendra Shinde and I have purchased a mobile on EMI (Loan # 402CDD[protected], however my money is not deducted from my bank a/c(axcis bank). I have given the crossed cheque at the time of transaction in the month of june. I have received SMS the cheque bounce from you in the month of july. I have spoken with your branch located at Fatima nagar, pune and they told me to pay the EMI by cash for july and give the crossed cheque for the month of August. I have given the crossed cheque to them and again I am getting the SMS that my money is going to be deducted from my Old Bank A/c( HDFC Bank). My registered Mobile # is [protected]. Please give me the call back. I have already spoken with the Branch and the Manager, who is looking behind this.
