[Resolved] Croma — My chrome water dispenser hot and cold not working for last 15 days

I complained regarding this on 13 April 2022. One person visited and told the thermostat is faulty, it shall be replaced. Then after 2 days I received this

I complained again and spoke to the CC. I was told the compressor is malfunctioning and the product shall be replaced.

I am waiting and waiting..

Hope I get a solution in this very summer
