[Resolved] Croma — Newly fridge could not be installed by crime technician as manufacturing defects | |||
I purchased fridge, model - Voltas Beko FF 470 liter vide invoice no. SLA[protected] dated 22.03.2021 from O.P. Road, Vadodara Technician came on 24.03.2020 for installation only after contacting croma shop. Technician stated, it will be replaced or repaired. I contacted executive seller of croma shop who completed procedure for purchasing, but no positive response. No one contacted from forma shop. It is very difficult for me. Many items are getting rotten/destroyed. Holi festival is near. Kindly resolve problem immediately. Failing which I will have no option left except legal action. Ashok kumar, mob.
