[Resolved]  Croma — No demo and service after buying a refrigerator and a filter

I had bought Samsung refrigerator and a filter. I have just shifted to pune and working so earlier had given a number of a family member visiting during that time so that installation could be done on time but have clearly mentioned the circumstances. After installation no call came back for the demo as per their claim of providing the service within 48 hrs and also the refrigerator is not in level. After the departure and no response when I again went to them for the change in number they tell me that it cannot be changed. After much of persuasion when they finally did for the technical person to contact me I am still awaiting their response. I have been running to their centre everyday in vain. Everyday they promise. I had full faith in Croma but now I am seriously doubting. The installation number is BOW160315lD00799. The complaint reference number is - [protected]. Please help me
