[Resolved] Croma — nokia 6.2 mobile | |||
This is the worst experience that one can have from croma retail. I bought a nokia 6.2 phone on 14th february 2020 from croma ambiance mall gurgaon. At the time of sale the sales man opened the box and showed the phone and repacked it again. After reaching home the phone never turned on and i directly contacted the sales person about the same. Next day i took the phone and submitted it to the store. There is no response from the staff responsible. Even after several calls, they dint have any update about the phone. The whole staff including the store manager is transferring the calls to the further responsible person. It's height of waiting and calling. I request the concerned authorities to take action and apply for refund or replacement of the product. Even after 5 days of purchase, i don't have any information and any update about the product.
