[Resolved] Croma — Non delivery and no response | |||||
I had booked a samsung fridge on 11th, November 2015 and due to non avilablity of stock.The sevice representive confirmed that it will be delivered by 21st, November, 2015 in the morning and i will get a call before the delivery Today on 21st, November i dint get any call nor confirmation of my fridge.I have called chroma 4 times a day and just recieved a answer we will check.My service request number SR[protected] and still no response. When called again at 5.00 pm in evening all i got confirmation we have escalited the issue from Mr Sagar-chromo customer care, still no signs of deliver and seniors were too busy too attend the call Mr Prakash and Mr kamal -Supervisior Today on 22nd, November though after calling 4 times no response. Finally went to shop of Ghatkopar R-city Croma Branch just got a response from Mr Divendra asvekar we couldnt deliver the goods.When i asked a refund, they denied it saying come tommorrow i need my refund back in borivali as croma is a big fake Was this information helpful? | |||||
