[Resolved] Croma — Non-disclosure of facts and wrong quotation | |||
I was going to exchange my iPhone 5 16 GB black colour for a Samsung S6 black colour. The croma people had agreed to give me 9, 000 for my iPhone. They checked it twice. Then when I reseted the phone, they found flaws in the phone. They then quoted 4.5k. After wasting 2 hours, I finally agreed to their quotation. And when the time of purchase came they didn't have black colour model which I wanted. Since the start they were trying to change my opinion from black to gold model. On the same day, I took an iPhone 6s 128 gb gold. Still, I faced such harassment from them which resulting in wasting my 3 hours.
