Croma — Not delivering the product

I have placed an order no.[protected] online with date of delivery committed of 10th October 2022, However I have not received the product yet, I have reached out to Croma daily basis for which they just reply that we will address complain within 24 to 48 hours. Today, I was told that the product is out of stock so you have only 2 option to cancel the product or wait till the time they would receive new stock for which they do not have any information. When asked for refund they told me that it would be refunded using gift cards that is again forcing me to place an order from their website and not allowing me to place the order of the same product from other websites since my money is stuck here. I would also like to highlight that I have paid the amount partially in gift card but getting a refund through Gift card does not solve the issue. Accordingly requesting you to kindly provide the delivery of my order on priority basis or issue refund for complete amount via bank transfer and not through gift card
