Ref: croma invoice no.. Slaoo[protected] dt.29.10.2018. I have purchased 55 inch oled tv — service engg tells me that we require special cable rs to sterio.. Also jio dongal which was to be supplied along with unit is not supplied.. Lg service person has just walked off saying pl contact croma — we do not have any thing to say.. Croma person who came to deliver the product was totally drunk.. He could not walk.. The product came without remote.. Service engg.. Brought the remote from somewhere.. Remote came without cell/batteries.. Service engg of lg just walked off without demo.. Without configuring the system... Please tell me the way how to return this sale...
