Hello Croma support personal,
I placed an order for Samsung Note Pro with order number : SLE002EC0006522, while placing the order online at cromaretail I called the customer support to check if I can get the order with in 3 to 4 working days as I needed to travel this Friday[protected], I was told that the item is in store and it will be shipped within 24 hrs and I shd get it in 48 or max 72 hours after the order. Based on this option I placed the order cromaretail. Though I had an option to order the same with Amazon which I am sure they would have delivered by now, I chose croma just being a Indian based retail company !!!. I guess this was my mistake.
Today it is 4 days after I placed my order I don't even have any shipping information and hence I am not sure if really get this product before I catch my flight for a travel abroad. I try to call customer care for several times and the response is not at all positive. If I cannot get this delivery by Friday which is tomorrow, please goahead and CANCEL my order. I dont think I would need to comeback to corma again in future for anything else.
