[Resolved] Croma — philips fidelio b5/12 soundbar

I had vide order[protected] placed order for philips fidelio b5/12 soundbar
On 26 th oct 2017 and paid in full. Received it on 28th oct.
Today the philips technician came for installation and opened it.
The package turned out to be a samsung microwave oven.
Called up service center immediately. The enclosed invoice is for philips soundbar only.
God knows how they make such a mistake.
Now waiting for replacement

ashwini avasthi's response my remote control of smart tv consumes lot of battery eve though tried with duracell battery, battery doesn't last for more than five days please do replace it. and the smart tv is not older than eight months, please do resolve the issue as earlier as possible as i am unable to operate the tv.

My remote control is not working the battery gets exhausted within three to five days even though i have put dura cell battery.
