We purchased philips mixer grinder hl7707 hullfish 750w from chroma store (Store id - a042). On first day of trying to use the dry grinder to grind coriander seeds, we witnessed extraordinary noise. The seeds were also not ground. The blades seemed blunt. We took the product back to the store and asked for replacement of faulty machine or refund. But we were told that the refund or satisfactory replacement not possible since the product was opened. This is totally unfair and unexpected treatment we faced at chroma brand.
