[Resolved]  Croma — Physical damage and Malwares installed in laptop after repair

I purchased a hp laptop from croma in june 2013 with an extended warranty of 2 years from croma. The in - built webcam stopped working due to which i submitted the laptop to croma in april 2015.

Now a webcam replacement will take one day. But i agree that croma gets a lot of complains so i give them three weeks. After six weeks when we went back to ask the guy for our laptop, he said it will take more time. Then we said we are filing a complain to which he replied, " theek hai kal le jana".

I got the laptop in this condition.
1) the screen panel is broken. It was fine when we submitted it.
2) there are movies and games installed in the laptop.
3) various other softwares installed which are malware / spyware.

I will have to re - format it because of the condition you have given this laptop in. I will remove the software issues. But i cant fix the broken screen panel laptop.

Do you keep the customer's product with you for so long so that you can use it for your entertainment?

Is this what customer service means for you? To play with customer's trust?

I could have given it back to them. But then realized it will take another six weeks and something else will be broken this time. That is why i am writing on this forum.

Please rectify the mistakes done by your department.
