[Resolved] Croma — Poor After Sales | |||
The Consumer Courts Chandigarh Dear Sir, Complaint against Croma sector 22 Chandigarh [protected][protected][protected] I request that On 13th September, 2016 I purchased a tab with the make Lenovo from The Croma, Sector 22, Chandigarh in the name of Ramesh Sethi. I am also a member of consumer welfare council. The relative bill issued by Croma and also the photo copy of my ID proof for being a member of said council is enclosed. To my dismay the said tab was defective since purchase, so it was returned on 20th September i.e one week after its purchase.And according to Croma Records it was sent to the vendor for replacement/ repairs on 26th September 2016. One month has since lapsed, there is no clue about its replacement/ repairs as it was under warranty/ guarantee. I have visited show room at 22( Croma) may be 10 times, but nothing concrete is coming out. So I request the learned court to admit this complaint against Croma( Primarily) and also against Lenovo for delivering faulty product and also not providing desired level of services. I think Croma being Tata's company carries some reputation and this type of services not required from such a company of national repute. I also pray to the learned Court to direct Croma to replace the product and also a compensation of Rs 50, 000/ on account of mental harassment and defective after sales services and that too within warranty period.
