[Resolved] Croma — poor customer service | |||
I had purchased sony led t. V. On 8.07.2017 from their phoenix market city, kurla, mumbai. I was promised delivery within 2 days. After repeated follow up the product was delivered after a week on 14.07.2017. Croma sent a wrong sms abt installation of a dombivli service who said that they dont service south mumbai region. After repeated phone calls n mails, the only reply i got was they have raised d issue and their team will call me in 10 minutes. But it was all false. The call centre could not even provide me the contact of proper service centre. I purchased from croma bcos of tata goodwill but m shocked of their level of customer service. BUT WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR ITS DELIVERY.
WE ALREADY REGISTERED COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS BUT NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE.
Also today after almost 10 days Croma customer care saying this product is out of stock due to GST issue.
