[Resolved] Croma — Product in not working state is kept with service center from last 2 months | |||||
I had purchased one lenovo tab miix 2 8 model from croma, malad mumbai store. After plenty of research online i found that the specifications of the tablet is quite impressive and good under a budget. The croma price was on rs 9999. I purchased the tablet on 14 january 2016. After few days o[censored]sing per say 10 days, the tablet started freezing and several hanging problems there. Tnen i started calling lenovo customer care. They gave me some temporary solutions like how to switch of and switch on restart etc kind of hints. Nothing worked. I told them only 10 days happened. Return back my money..I don't want this tablet. They told the warranty is not updated. Drop mail. I dropped mail with real croma invoice, screen shot of box. They took 4 days to reply. Every time they were forwarding mail to another mail ids. 15 days got over but they didn't update my warranty on their portal. Then i went to croma on 20th of feb 2016. They firstly told me that it will get repaired in a week. On 27th i called them. It was centralize customer care number, not malad number. The executive told me that it will take another 3 or 4 days. Then i got a call on 6th march 2016. Then they again told me that it will take another 4 or 5 days. Then days passed. I again made call to croma customer care number on 10th march. The executive told that they will accelerate the complaint. I was not getting any single call from croma malad branch. I decided to visit the store on sunday march 20th 2016. I was showing my rage and crying that they should give me back my money. They again consoled and told that my tab will get delivered on 21st march 2016 that is monday. Monday whole day passed. They gave call on 7.30 pm. And said your tab will take another 4 or 5 days. And now on the top of anger, today that is 23rd march 2016, got call from lenovo service center. They told that it will take another 10 or 12 days. It was like to whom and what i abuse. I had obtained a assistant manager's number from croma malad named chiranjeet. I directly called him and asked for help. The manager again request for another 3 -4 days time due to holi season. My money lost. Uselessly by thinking a affordable tablet i bought with my credit card on emi basis. Every month i am paying 1200 for this hell. Please suggest what should i do. Absolutely i can't afford 10000 rs.
