I applied for return of the product.
The camera of the phone is not working.
I was advised to go to the service centre and get it checked if it is defective.
The service centre confirmed that the phone is defective.
I was also told to get a job sheet made from the service center. The service center advised me that once they make a job sheet they will have to submit the phone and repair it.
I have been trying to get my issue resolved for past 4 days. Explaining same thing to different customer care executives only to hear them say the status is "work in progress" or to get hung up on or to be put on hold endlessly.
Then a courier executive came to pick up the return on08/02/2022. I had no intimation about the pick up on site or on message.
Even the delivery guy had no information about what he was going to pick up. And he mentioned he never picks up mobile phones so there must be a mistake and he cancelled the pick up after clicking some pictures.
Request you to return the product and refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
