[Resolved] Croma — Refrigerator - Installation delay

When we purchased the refrigerator on 8 May 2016, we confirmed about delivery- we were told next day! We were happy and paid immediately.
I took the day off from work so we could accept the delivery. It came late night after several followups. I could have attended work full day.

When we purchased the sales staff did not even inform us that it will take upto two working days after delivery - for installation! Only when the delivery staff refused to open the box we realised that there is separate installation.
Last two days we are following up periodically on their support number - again no call/information from Croma side.

Yesterday they said 'it should have happened by now'. Today, which is end of two full working days the call centre is not committing.

There is a huge mess in our house, because the fridge is just lying around and we have guests coming in tomorrow.

We did not pay 75, 000/- rupees for such a bad experience and non-transparency. Please take your fridge back!
