[Resolved] Croma — Refund not yet received

I purchased a fridge from Croma on[protected] and they said it would be delivered in 2 days but I haven't received it. 10 days after purchase and with constant follow-ups, they said that the fridge wasn't available so I canceled the order and requested a refund. The customer care representative said that it would take 15 working days from the date of cancellation to refund the amount. It's been more than 20 days but I still haven't got any refund. I request a refund of the total amount and additional compensation due to the delay in payment. Following are the details of my order:
