Croma has a cancellation policy of 7 days that they take to process the refund. I cancelled my order on 5th May 2022, so ideally it should have been processed by now but still it has not been processed. The voucher amount that I used was Rs 4000, which I have no idea by when it would be provided.
Every time I call the customer care asking the details they tell me that they are looking into the matter and they will call me within 24 hours. It has been over 7 days but till date I have not received a single call back from them.
I need the refund of Rs 4000. Plus, I need Croma to pay some penalty - difference of product price now vs then - for delaying the overall refund because because of their delay now I have to suffer by paying more for the same product which I had planned to purchase during the offer period.
