[Resolved] Croma Retail — Gift card complaint

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 5558 laptop on 9/11/2015 from Croma retail Hadapsar and I received Gift card worth Rs2500 along with laptop, the validity of gift card is 3 months from date of issue according to their T&C so I activated gift card on 23/12/2015 and received confirmation message but now on 5/02/2016 and 6/02/2016 I tried using gift card to make a purchase, the Croma retail Hadapsar authorities said the card is deactivated and should have been used early to gain benefits now its useless but since card validity is expiring on 09/02/2016 how they can deactivate card before 3 months so its my request to please take some actions as its exploitation of customer.The solution which I can suggest is that either activate the card with balance of Rs 2500 or refund me or allow me to purchase any product worth Rs 2500 for free .The product details are as follows:-

After complaining I got message from croma about my request for the issue and issue resolved in 3-4 days and then they notified me about resolving issue and croma also confirmed about my issue being resolved

my tablet has been locked with a password

i didnt set any password ... but its telling enter the password i dint set any password plz consider this issue
I bought a smartphone worth 12500 rs and have not got any vouchers or anything . After few days I get a message that answers the survey and get 500 rs voucher of chroma on your email address in 10 days today is the 10th day and have not received any vouchers
