I had purchased a eureka forbes vacuum cleaner from croma retail and they delivered a defected piece. Now croma is denying refund or replacement of the product. I am being harrassed completely. Every day they tell me someone will call you back but they are not replacing the product at all. With the limited budget that i have, i trusted the brand croma and now i have been completely let down.
