[Resolved] Croma Retail — Poor Service from Croma and Electrolux | |||
I purchased an Electolux Refrigerator from Croma retail, Sadishiv Ngr, Bangalore on 25th May 2014, wide Invoice number SLF02A[protected]. The product came with 2 years product warranty and we additionally purchased 2 years extended warranty. On 8th of June 2015 the product stopped working and we fled a complaint with Croma service center (SR[protected] and SR[protected] & BOS110615FS00007). No progress till date and we are being told that they are trying to resolve between Electrolux and Croma. However, we are being harrased in the process with no service. Any help and more importantly a legal action would be highly appreciated. Extremely poor service and 0 ownership. All support professionals are making false promises of call backs but no help.
