[Resolved] Croma — Robotic vacuum cleaner/Issue with my return | |||||
I bought this product ilife robotic vacuum cleaner last month. I am not happy with this product and raised a request to return this request. After too many follow ups with customer care, I finally got below reply from customer care "As per the telephonic conversation with you, we are extremely sorry to inform you that the change of mind is not acceptable, the product which was order and delivered is the same from our end. So this return request can't be considered." I can't any see any such kind of policy on website that once a customer buy a product he/she can't place return. Was this information helpful? | |||||
