[Resolved] Croma — Samsung led tv - fake order confirmation | |||||
I had purchased samsung led tv 40j5570 from croma online retailer worth 32, 950 on 13th june 2017. I had put the request for faster delivery but today on 16th june, i got the call that product is not in stock. I have been issued order confirmation and retail invoice of the product and now croma is telling that product is out of stock! My family is waiting for the product and now they are saying it will take indefinite delay. Is it legal that company is selling the product that is not there in their stock (Balance sheet)?
