[Resolved] Croma — samsung mobile phone model : j7 prime | |||
I ordered for latest model samsung j7 prime handset with features 16gb rom /3gb ram/5.5"screen / front finger print sensor and croma people have wrongly supplied samsung j7 - 700f with 16gb rom /1.5gb ram/5.5"screen which is very old version and also may be lying at the store for over 3 years. I requested for replacement with correct model or arrange reverse pick-up and refund of money. Product was delivered on 24th july '2017 and since than i have called customer support executives of croma helpline [protected] every single day at least once from past 5 days. And this call to this customer care is std ""chargeable"' coz the toll free number of tata crome is dead / dont exist!!. And the tata crome staff don't reply to 'repeated reminder' mails too. I am expecting refund of amount which was paid for extra warranty which is not started. before that TV amount got refunded by Samsung.
