Dear concern i would like to bring my complaint in your notice that i had purchased samsung mobile from your store on 31st august 2020 and same day i found my mobile was not charging properly & while using handsfree speaker mode was activating automatically so next day[protected] i had visited your store with complaint they suggested me to visit service center & i did same at service center and without inspecting my phone they considered mobile is ok then they had submitted my phone for two days now they are saying mobile ok but i cant except repaired phone as i had purchased new phone from tata croma so please provide me solution as i am your loyal customer and suggesting my other friend because of your services so same i would expect this time so please refer my details below .
