The croma (tata’s venture) sales staff at charkop - kandivili west – mumbai, misguided me to purchase this lg tv by offering additional discounts on the tv. further to my doubts, the tv was old and it was kept on the display area. Now i realize that this tv which was at the display and damaged due to poor handling by the croma staff, must have caused damage to the tv. they must have managed to do some temporary arrangement with minor repairs to dispose the tv to me I realize that the croma staff intentionally sold this tv to get away from their loss and transferring it to me. i am left in deep trauma Complaint no: bow 171016fs00072 Was this information helpful? | |||||
